Order Fulfillment and Returns Policy

FoodPack will make every effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled correctly.

If there’s a discrepancy with the products you receive and you’d like to return or request an exchange, please notify us within seven (7) days of receiving the items.

Returns or exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

  • If the product is damaged or defective.
  • If the wrong product is delivered.

Please note the following:

  • You have seven (7) days from the receipt of your goods to return or reject items that don’t meet our promised standards or quality.
  • Any damage or shortage must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your goods.
  • Returns or rejections will not be accepted after the seven-day grace period.

 

Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations due to change of mind. If the item delivered is correct and not defective, it cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any unreasonable cancellation or refund requests.
